Although on the definition of teachers culture and interpretation is not the same from different scholars, but the related research is becoming more and more attention among academics. People realize teachers culture is not only as a teacher as an occupation people have spiritual content such as values, beliefs, but also the system requirement in particular material school environment, and some kind of code of conduct through interpersonal communication, group contact, and other social organization. The study of teachers culture provides a thought and direction. Neither teachers culture can be out of the school culture to talk, more is not possible to teacher culture simply as a social organization relationship. However, teachers culture is not the same as school culture, so it must have their own characteristics and has the advantages and disadvantages of its development at the same time. So as to the private English training schools. The characteristics, the advantages and disadvantages of the private English training schools’ teachers culture can be reference for the scholars.This study explores the construction of the private English training schools from the perspective of teachers culture.This article adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, from the following four dimensions: the teacher’s material culture, system culture, spirit culture and behavior culture, take the 60 Y School teachers of the Dali in Yunnan Province as the research object into case investigation and research.Recycling effective questionnaire 56 questionnaires, efficient 93.33%.Through Y School teachers cultural phenomenon, this study analyzes the characteristics of the school teachers culture and the influence factors of the school teachers culture.Its purpose is to explore the teachers culture present situationlies from the interpretation of the cultural level about the private English training schools teachers in the teaching process, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages as well as the problems and deficiencies, and give a deep exploration of the four elements:the teachers of material culture,system culture,spirit culture and teacher behavior culture,and sum up the characteristics of teachers culture and Countermeasures and measuresto strengthen the construction of the Y school teacher culture based on Theory Z and Humanism Idea.The first part: the first chapter of the thesis, the introduction part,put forward the research background, research questions and research significance, then design research process and and research methods, there research hypotheses are put forward,too. The paper expounds the research theoretical basis, defines the core concepts, and to do the related review of the literature research.The second part: the second chapter of the thesis,to think and explore the Y School teachers culture status. First to Y school teachers files and physical analysis,understand the structure and the status of Y School teachers culture, contrast the ideal and factual conditions of teachers culture of Y School based on Theory Z and Humanism Idea, analyse the advantages and disadvantages of Y School teachers culture.The third part: the third chapter of the thesis, put forward countermeasures and measures to strengthen the construction of Y school teachers culture.The fourth part: the fourth chapter of the thesis, and the last part of the paper.It’s the conclusion and revelation of the research. In this part, the related research conclusion and revelation are put forward,and the future research will be discussed.
