Since the beginning of the reform and opening in 1978,China's education has developed rapidly and progressively.As the indispensable part of the whole education,private training organization is the necessary supplement of public education.With the continuous development of international communication,English education has developed rapidly and aroused increasingly attention in Zhengzhou.As the world's lingua franca,English is the most widely used tool of communication,which promoted the emergence and development of private English training organizations.However,facing the rapid changes and fierce competition,most of English training organizations should cope with the great challenges.Now we need to consider how to improve their abilities and how to survive successfully in the training market.The purpose of this research are as follows: take D School as an example to invest the basic situation of it,to know the current status in Zhengzhou.Meanwhile,the study of D School is to find the general problems among the whole private English training organizations in Zhengzhou and enhance their total quality,and then identify the main reasons.What's more,it can give some advice and guidance for the whole market.According to the research,there are some problems to be solved throughout the deep research.First,the training mode is unreasonable,mainly for the lack of innovation in the form of teaching,single evaluation mechanism.And the school can't communicate with parents in time,the feedbacks can't be professional.The second is that the teachers' teaching level has the great differences,mainly for the difficulties of the implementation on pre-job training and uneven distribution of age and academic degree.The third is that the management is not standardized,mainly for the sloppy and loose management of the retail campus,the lack of unified management of the franchised campus.Meanwhile,apart from the problems from schools,our government also has responsibilities,such as lack of the support for the fiscal policies and the financial policies of the private training organizations.Besides,the law of our country lack the uniform supervision of the training organizations and the identity their property right hazily.Therefore,to solve all the problems existed and improve the level of private English training organizations,the schools themselves,the government and our laws need to do something for them.As for schools,they need to innovative the training methods,improve the construction of teachers and standardize the management of themselves.For the government,it's necessary to reduce taxes properly,increase the financial policies and develop the growth policies of private English education.Meanwhile,the corresponding laws and regulations should be formulated at once,and provide a guarantee for the healthy development of the market.The laws of our country should present unified supervision of private raining organizations and identify their property right clearly.By utilizing the research results,this paper is aimed to strengthen schools' running capability and enhance their market competence.
