With the development of society, the deepening of education reform, the development of education has been the focus from the specific knowledge to students’ autonomy. "Task teaching method" that reflects the student-centered education. Students play a main role in learning, teachers play a leading role in the teaching in the teaching process. In the task of teaching method requires students to complete their own tasks, can stimulate the enthusiasm of students, and obtain a better teaching effect. Therefore we will practice teaching task based teaching method into volleyball teaching, this paper adopts the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and experimental teaching in the method, two classes of high school students in Qinxian County as the experimental object, a large number of data of the experimental class and the control class through the teaching experiment, and the statistical analysis, the experimental results are as follows:First, Through a semester of high school students in volleyball teaching, whether it is the use of traditional teaching method and task-based teaching method, have made a certain degree of teaching effect. Among them, the achievements of the experimental class improved were greater than the results of the control group, indicating that the task-based teaching method to improve the quality of volleyball teaching has certain feasibility.Second, Through the experiments on the test indicators comparative analysis that task type teaching method than the conventional teaching method in volleyball teaching practice is more reasonable, effective, experimental result is ideal, not only can teach students to play volleyball, but also for high school students volleyball basic technology, theoretical knowledge and practical ability has an important role in promoting.Third, Through the analysis of the test results, the effects of the level of difficulty of the task type teaching method of the teaching effect is not affected by gender and teaching effect of different sex service technique of task based teaching method has obvious effect, and different gender digging, passing, spiking technique of task-based teaching method teaching effect did not significantly influence.Fourth, Through the analysis of the test results, task-based learning and teaching effect by the gender of the basic theoretical knowledge of the level of difficulty, male, girls for basic theory knowledge of grasp the existence obvious difference, and girls theory results to be better than the performance of boys.Fifth, Through the analysis of the test results, the influence of task-based learning and teaching effect was not influenced by sex of the same evaluation practice ability, effects of different gender teachers evaluation of task-based teaching method did not significantly influence, and different gender students self-assessment, peer review have obvious effect to the effect of teaching methods.
