The reform of quality-oriented education in line with the guiding ideology of "health first,lifelong sports" needs to pay attention to the physical and mental health development of students.Volleyball sports can improve the athletes speed,strength,endurance,agility and other aspects of physical quality,at the same time to the growth and development of young people and the development of moral,intellectual and physical has a very good promotion role,deeply loved by people,widely carried out in schools.However,many schools still adopt the traditional teaching method in volleyball teaching,which is mainly based on teachers' explanation and demonstration and students' practice.The teaching content is single,the teaching methods are outdated and students' development is neglected,which does not meet the standards of the new curriculum reform.In order to make volleyball better carried out in ordinary high schools,the teaching emphasis is to promote the teaching effect of teachers with reasonable teaching methods,to take the development of students as the center,to change students' learning methods,to improve the quality of students' learning,and to promote the overall development of students."Target-oriented teaching method" is a teacher-oriented,student-oriented and target-oriented teaching method.The teaching process is a process in which teachers and students participate together,and students are always placed in the main body,that is,the teacher is the director,the students are the actors,not only to cultivate students' independent learning ability,but also to play the role of teachers' guidance.Based on the goal orientation teaching method applied in ordinary high school volleyball teaching in the experiment,through the comparative analysis with traditional teaching methods,then watch volleyball students,set up the basic technology,and the change of the interest in learning,learning attitude,learning motivation and development,to determine the feasibility of target oriented teaching method in the ordinary high school volleyball teaching,and provide reference for sports teaching method reform.In this paper,60 students from class 6 and class 14,grade 1,grade 1 of lidu middle school in nanchong city were selected as research objects by using the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,experiment and questionnaire.The experimental class adopted the goal-oriented teaching method,and the control class adopted the traditional teaching method to conduct a 14-week teaching experiment.Through the comparative analysis of a large number of dataobtained from the experimental research,the following conclusions are drawn: 2.The application of goal-oriented teaching method in the teaching of volleyball in ordinary high schools is conducive to stimulating students' learning interest,forming a good learning attitude and arousing strong learning motivation.3.As a new teaching method,goal-oriented teaching method can be applied in the teaching of volleyball in ordinary high schools.
