Secondary vocational education as an important part of China’s education system, it has trained a large number of professional and technical workers with professional technology and management ability for our country’s economic construction and social development. To develop secondary occupation education, is the basic principle of the development of China’s education. Since the beginning of the new century, the state promulgated the "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)" 、Some opinions on Further Strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors(2004)and "secondary vocational school moral education program" and other normative documents, put forward an important guiding principle and guidelines on the development of secondary occupation education and secondary occupation school moral education.In recent years, some progress has been made in the teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools, but there still exist some problems and shortcomings, the overall effectiveness of the work of moral education is not high issues are also increasingly prominent. If we can not effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, not for the medium occupation school students the characteristics of individualized, targeted, correct ideological guidance and values education for them, will directly affect the training objectives of vocational secondary school education, more directly affect the physical and mental health of secondary vocational students, comprehensive development and growth, it has an important influence on the formation of correct outlook on life, values and world outlook for secondary vocational students. Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of moral teaching education, how to carry out the work of moral education, it is an urgent task to be solved by the teachers of moral education in secondary vocational schools.This paper takes the Changhe professional middle school in Tongwei County, Gansu Province as a case study of the teaching of moral education in rural secondary vocational school, to conduct a comprehensive investigation and in-depth analysis by taking the status of rural secondary vocational students moral education work achievement and existing problems, the aim is to find the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the students’ subjective status, follow the rules of moral education, improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The structure of this paper consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly including the question; the current situation of secondary vocational education; Research purpose and significance; research methods; the innovation of this paper. The second part focuses on the problems in the teaching of moral education in the rural vocational middle school. The third part focuses on the reasons of the problems in the teaching of moral education in the rural vocational middle school. The fourth part, based on the problems and reasons of the occupation of rural middle school moral education, from the change of concept, perfect evaluation, pay attention to personality, construction of teaching staff and so on, and constantly improve the secondary vocational school moral education teaching effectiveness of countermeasures and suggestions.
