This thesis makes an investigation on the training effect of the third nation-grade key teacher of the mathematics department in Northeast Normal University, analyses the data by the pattern of obscure sythetic judgement, combines the report evaluation of the nation-grade key teacher by the Normal Department in Education Ministry, introspects the training and points out some constructive suggestion. Simultaneously, imagines to lead portfolio assessment into the evaluation of the teacher training, synthesizes the investigation result, provides the reference to the province-grade or city-grade training.This thesis consists of 5 parts :Part I. The elaboration of the important meaning and cultivation target in the maths key teacher training.Part II. It deals the data by the pattern of obscure sythetic judgement and then analyses the result, draws the conclusion that the training of key teacher is successful and regards the result as the supplement of the evaluation of nation-grade key teacher.Part III. Introspects the evaluation of the training, it includes the continued-education target, the training object and target, pratical process of teaching and the effect of the teaching.Part IV. Imagines the training effect of the mathematics key teacher. Being direct at the traditional evaluation method, leads different quality method - portfolio assessment. From the implication, the meaning and the profit of the portfolio assessment, manages to design how to use it.Part V. Some questions which need to be further discussed.
