Education has played a very important role in the development of society. Teacher is more important to education. With the reform and development of the society, education has assumed a strategic priority of development. Promoting social development a new round of curriculum reform on teachers put forward new demands. A high level of teachers is to promote core strength reform. Based on the literature in recent years and related research we can see that the effectiveness of training is based on how to make training content. This paper takes2012-2013teachers training project elementary school mathematics fifth class as the research object. First in order to know the teacher’s satisfaction about the training, I use the questionnaire method, interview method, text analysis. Through the survey found that the teachers think that the training content is effective. After that in this paper, Kirkpatrick’s assessment of the effectiveness of the training content was tested, high content validity of the training results. Then the paper analyzes the characteristics of this training content, combining the theory of teacher professional development, teachers’ knowledge structure theory and the theory of adult education demonstration to find that formulates the principle of training content.
