The essence of working and technology education is the cultivation of students' innovation through practical experiences. The thesis ,after drawing insights from educators both at home and abroad and clarifying the concepts of "working education" and" technology education " from the perspective of analytical philosophy, is trying to reveal that ,behind the so-called "working without technology " and " working is a means of moral education " in the area of "working and technology education" in our country, people habitually regard working as a physical activity which can"reform" a person while neglecting that any working is an organic combination of both physical and spiritual activities, and that people tend to regard technology as science put into use while neglecting that technology has always been existing with it's independent value.Working education, as a form of school education, refers not to the productive activity aimed at making money, but to students' participation of social practices. Technology education in basic education aims at preparing the youth for a technology world and adapting them to the contemporary social life with basic technological capacity, so that all the students can get familiar with technology, understanding, using, administrating, and evaluating technology with confidence. The present thesis, building on the basis of restoring the original sense of working education and demonstrating with the value of technology education, proposes to unite working education and technology education in our country with practical experiences and innovation, a way for modernizing our basic education.
