The work experience of young physical education teachers in Colleges and universities will directly affect the quality and enthusiasm of teachers,as well as the educational level of colleges and universities in our country.It is a social problem worthy of social attention.This research takes the work experience of young physical education teachers in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the research object.By using the methods of questionnaires,interviews and other investigation and research methods,the present situation of young physical education teachers' work experience in many colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province is investigated and analyzed,and the differences among them are analyzed from the perspectives of demographic variables.(1)Generally speaking,all aspects of work experience need to be improved.Among them,the overall situation is slightly better in recognition and appreciation,personal development opportunities and working environment,but worse in work-life balance and campus culture.(2)From the perspective of gender factors,the average score of young female PE teachers is higher than that of young male PE teachers in all dimensions,and there are significant differences in "working environment" and "overall satisfaction".(3)Judging from the factors of working years,the working experience of young P.E.teachers who have less than five years of teaching age and more than fifteen years of teaching age is better than the middle period,showing a U-shaped distribution on the time axis,but the difference between different teaching ages is not very significant.(4)There are significant differences between associate professors' titles and lecturers' titles,lecturers' titles and other titles in the dimension of work-life balance.There are significant differences between professors' titles and other three groups in terms of campus culture and overall satisfaction.(5)From the perspective of educational background,the working experience of doctor is better than that of undergraduate and graduate students.Only in the dimension of work-life balance,the situation of doctor is worse than that of other two groups,but there is no significant difference.(6)From the perspective of administrative factors,there is no significant difference in the dimensions of work experience and overall satisfaction.It can be seen that the influence of administrative experience factors on the work experience of young PE teachers in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province is not obvious.In view of the problems found in the survey,this study gives some suggestions,including: colleges and universities need to pay attention to the matching degree between work salary and work experience and young physical education teachers;university managers should pay more attention to the working and living conditions of employees,and actively communicate with young physical education teachers;colleges and universities need to put forward realistic proposals based on the theoretical basis of "comprehensive compensation".All aspects of the experience of young and senior physical education teachers;colleges and universities need to pay attention to health factors,try to meet the needs of young physical education teachers in these factors.
