The integration of information technology and mathematics curriculum is a hot topic in the field of mathematics education. This thesis gives a study on how to integrate the information technology and plane geometry's teaching and learning.In the first part of the thesis , the status in quo on the integration of information technology and mathematics curriculum is introduced , including from China mainland and overseas .Then the problems that will be researched is put forward. That is, to research how to make good use of information technology during the teaching and learning , so that it is useful for students to master knowledge and develop ability. To research the effect of information technology for students studying .To research the principle and criterion ,method and approach from the view of integration of curriculum.In the second part of the thesis, The writer introduces his understand to the integration of information technology and mathematics curriculum. Then he points out the function of information technology .That is ,it is a tool for demonstrating, a tool for exploring , a tool for communication , a tool for providing resource. At the same time, three kinds of teaching and learning mode for integration is put forward , including presentation and demonstrating mode, independence exploring mode and on-line learning mode.A response and demonstration to those problems which are put forward in the front parts is gived in the third part to the fifth part of the thesis.
