| In recent years ,China's sports indurtury developed rapidly ,which indicates the good development momentenium and tremendous potential of the morning-sun industry .With the acceleration of China's professionel sports reform ,sports medium market start its step .However ,sports medium indnrtry of our coumry fell behand,especially the quality and quantity of the sports brokers cann't meet the demand of the development of the sports industry .The low quality of the majority of China's sports brokers resulted in derictly our whole sports industry drop behind.Nowdays ,China have only one method to train sports brokers that means the short-term training .But the common shortcoming of such style training is which cann't guarantee the quality of the special tanlents which serve the sports market .So how to provide a lot of eligible sports brokers in order to meet the demand of the society is a crucial issure .The goal of my research includes several aspects as following:Firstly ,to prove the necessarily of cutivation of sports brokers by the means of university education .Secondly,I'll try to set up the knowledge construction of sports brokers .Thirdly,to determine the curriculum in detail concerned sports broker specialty direction .Finally ,to discuss the probability of netting up the new specialty according to the reality of Beijing Sports University .The theoretical innovation involves several points mainly.The first and foremost ,I push forward the major which the sports broker specialty direction should depend on .Then ,I summery its cultivating goal ,cultivating specifications and detail curriculum in the light of experts questionare.The series of results are all creative and very useful in that the releative department's leader may make policy decision in view of it.Enevitably ,the research need deepen and advanced so that we can attain more constructive result .suggestions or proposals for the sake of make the new profession develop rapidly and healthy on the correct way. |
