A Basic Understanding Of The Students Quality Education And System Research

Pushing the innovations, deepening the reformation, optimizing the structure, reasonably configuring resources of education, improving the quality and management level of education, cultivating millions of highly qualified laborers, experts and talents are clearly indicated and emphasized by the 16th people congress. The task and target for the higher education also have been stated explicitly. Therefore, in practice, it is very important and meaningful to strengthen improving the quality of undergraduate education and the correspondent talent-training system. This paper starts from the analysis of talent training based on the undergraduate education's basic situation, refers to the main features of Chinese traditional philosophy and thoughts, thoughts of foreign undergraduate education and builds the concept of self-development and self-restrain. In the practice of undergraduate talent training, the recognition of students' main-body role should be emphasized and its main-body function should be preformed fully.With the deepening of the teaching reform, the talents training for an undergraduate is becoming more important than ever before. The research on talent training is being developed to system construction, which is different from the previous forms of attending lectures, social activities and interests teams. Talent training is a system project, which is, on the one hand, to establish the cultural environment for talents cultivation, on the other hand, to construct an educational network environment that integrates the entities of family, school and society together, to guarantee the integration of school education, family education and social education. This paper analyses how to build the education system for talents training from three different aspects, contents, layers and characteristics; how to construct the teaching system for talents training based on the reform of courses and the appropriate teaching principles and teaching modes, how to build the insurance system and the social environment, respectively from the organizations and practical measures. In conclusion, the research and the system construction of talents training for undergraduate students embody the main principle of undergraduate education, to develop talents. To make full use of the advantages of cultivating people by qualified teaching, management and service, to harmonize the moral education, intelligent education, physical education and aesthetics education and make them co-develop simultaneously, hence it can make the education level of undergraduate students be improved stably.
