National fortune relies on education, and education depends on creation. Since more than ten in the last years, by persistence on education reforming deeply, education structure developing, education resource installing reasonably, as well as education quality and management level heightening, our education has made a great achievement, which has the inside relations with Jiang Zemin's education innovation thought. Jiang Zemin's education thought, developed completely by Marx's education theory in the new situation, is the programmatic document to develop our education, to promote our state by science 4nd teaching, and to build up a complete well-to-do society in the new periods. The study and grasp of Jiang Zemin's education thought has the important theoretical and realistic value.This thesis aims on some trial probe to an epoch of Jiang Zemin's creative education- by analyzing this education thought set up and its educational quality and educational structure and educational means, as well as how to practice "the Three Representations" in educating front in the view of a common educator.Jiang Zemin's education innovation, set up in the turning of this century, is the outcome to hold the characteristic of this periods, to rely on the modernization fulfillment, and to attach ail importance to the strategyposition of education. The knowledge-based economy has seen the clues, and synthesizing national strength decides her international competition. The realistic and practical basis of Jiang Zemin's education thought is the complete fulfillment of the strategy of promoting our state by science and teaching, building up a complete well-to-do society, achieving the Three-Step Strategy and recreating great China. The prerequisite of Jiang Zemin's education thought set up is that education stays in the fore, full and basic situation in modernization constructions.Jiang Zemin's education innovation is expressed in the following three aspects: The first, emphasizing the knowledge, quality and capability, that is, equally enhancing the knowledge, quality and capability.
