This article adopts document-studying methods and provable -studying methods by example. It probes more comprehensively into how to carry on the topic about "Inquiry Learning" and how to appraise it objectively that senior middle school students will take part in .It mainly solves concrete operating problems and avoidable tendency in the practice about it for students .The article includes four parts .Part I Appliable studying theory and law basis about "Inquiry Learning" theory and law basis about "Inquiry Learning" of senior middle school history .It mainly expounds its scientific function,feasibleness, necessity from teaching-law philosophy ,pedagogy and psychology. Therefore, it keeps senior middle school students sober cognition and accurate estimation.Part II Ways about "Inquiry Learning" of senior middle school history. It probes more comprehensively into concrete operating ways of every link. It includes six aspects, i.e, question-selecting, material-gathering and arrangement, material-distinguishing and usage, inquiry ways, main inquiry forms, exchange of inquiry achievements and expression. Therefore, it provides guides in ways more comprehensively for them.Part III Appraisement of "Inquiry Learning". It includes three aspects, value, content, ways of appraisement. Therefore, the appraisement is easy, feasible and practical for senior middle school students. Moreover, it plays a large role in encourage and regulation for them.Part IV Avoidable tendency. It is aimed at the problems and incorrect opinion in carrying on "Inquiry Learning" so that it can unite thought and improve cognition. This, it can make it carry on smoothly and healthly.The article strives to be concise and purposive in writing, I hope it is helpful to foster their reformative spirit and practical ability in theirhistory-learning.
