This article starts from "should be" and "is" of Chinese teaching, and forms a standard system of valid evaluation of raising questions. It makes a fixed norm as a direction in promoting the teachers' capability of raising questions. This system will help teachers change the situation of "asking through the whole class". So it will be propitious to the development of students' thinking.In making a system of valid evaluation of raising questions in Chinese teaching, we must construct and embody three functions of this system from four visual angles.The four areas of questioning evaluation are: (1) the field of acknowledgement, including the ability of teachers' reasoning and students' understanding, (2) the field of the sense of beauty, including the ability of teachers' creation and students' appreciation, (3) the field of creative thinking, including the ability of teachers' integration and students' creation, and (4) the field of the interaction between both sides, including the ability of teachers' encouraging and students' discovering.The third characteristic is the openness of raising questions. It includes two criterions. They are (1) teachers don't offer standard but characteristic, various and creative answers to the questions raised; (2) students can raise questions, join in the discussion and express their ideas actively in displaying, discovering and creating ways.The three functions are: firstly, shows the structure of knowledge; secondly, it shows the reasoning procedure of thinking and experience procedure of affection; thirdly, it shows the conformity between science spirit and social one.Based on this system, we found that: 1. we must strengthen the questioning in Chinese class to encourage students' go-aheadism; 2. this system provides a valuable direction for teachers, and optimize the strategy of raising questions; 3. teachers can find and solve problems in question according to this system. 4. indicates the tendency of questioning evaluation in Chinese class and makes a breakthrough of the aims, contents and methods of evaluation.However, in this research, we'll still have to explore more to improve the norm, method and efficiency of questioning evaluation in Chinese class.
