With the rapid development of modern social information,organizations and enterprises to achieve innovation and innovation,to win a sustained competitive advantage,to achieve the organization(enterprise)and personal development,learning and knowledge creation is the key.Enterprise training can not only enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,improve enterprise fighting capacity,but also can improve the quality of employees,improve the overall quality of staff,staff training innovation ability,improve the performance of individuals and organizations,to promote the development of enterprises.Therefore,in order to play an important role in training,the teaching design must be based on performance.Based on the existing training in M company training needs analysis,training lack of scientific problems of randomness and blindness and training evaluation system is not perfect as the starting point,illustrates the performance improvement(Technology)and the definition,characteristics and design of teaching model based on constructivism,adult learning theory as a guide the building of the teaching design model,the concept of performance improvement based on the teaching design of the advantages compared with the traditional teaching design,and test automation training of the teaching design is applied to the M IT in the Department of information technology.By using the performance technique of IT information technology,continuous integration status and expectations gap,the fundamental reason by means of questionnaires,interviews and other methods to find the performance gap,the basic characteristics of the learners and the need to complete the task of the competency analysis,the learners' needs and specific the task and performance goals associated,clear training objectives and training content,training strategy,development and implementation of training courses.The results of training,performance objectives and the continuous integration of the Department to improve the efficiency and quality of the statistical analysis of the data,the data show that after training performance has been significantly improved Finally summed up based on the concept of performance improvement of the teaching design features:(1)pay attention to the analysis of the performance;(2)pay more attention to the analysis of the characteristics of the learner's task,(3)pay attention to the use of the teaching means,methods and patternto promote the knowledge transfer.And the performance orientation of the teaching design in the enterprise training has made the prospects of development,this study can provide the future enterprise training with a certain reference and reference.
