Destruction and pollution that have been brought to environment with arrival and rise of industrialized era, make the mankind suffer deeply, we can say that the mankind eat their own bitter fruit.Therefore, since 1950--1960s, the countries all over the world began tolaunch national environmental education gradually. UNESCO also advocates " the environmental education is the fundamental way to solve the environmental threats ". The environmental education has played an important role in solving the problem.But, so far, after the mankind has entered into 21st century, the environmental crisis that the mankind faces has been growing on and on. The ecological situation that the countries all over the world face allows of no optimism, and the mankind is facing the unprecedented ecological crisis. And the ecological situation of our country has been already very severe. On the whole, the range of the ecological disruption is expanding, the degree aggravating, the damage enlarging. In the course of the deep thought on the ecological crisis and environmental crisis that face to human survival and development, the ideological trend of the ecological doctrine course arises at the historic moment, such as Capra's course thought, Dole's back modernism course thought etc, have reflected shiny rays of ecological doctrine epistemology and methodology everywhere. Capra as a representative advocated developing the course view that can promote the harmonious relationship between people or between mankind and the world. They have realized the role that the education played in overcoming the coming ecological crisis and survival crisis. They argued that" ecology cast off illiteracy" must be a central issue, and the ecological concept must run through all course and educational processes. So it can make one's personal external ecological balance and internal balance all be protected and developed. This dissertation is set up on the basis of pondering over theecological doctrine course view. And we have put forward the deeper layer of the environmental education problem, namely ecological ethics education.The biology course in Middle school is a good carrier which implement ecological ethics education to the middle school students, and that implementing ecological ethics education in biological education in middle school is a fundamental work of implementing citizen ecological quality-oriented education. Various countries have made the remarkable achievement in environmental education for these decades, and that is also a foundation on which we put forward and carry on ecological ethics education in biological education in middle school students. The valuable experience accumulated in the environmental education for decades can be references in implementing ecological ethics education in biological education in middle school.The settlement of the ecological problem depends on mankind's ecological view and orientation of the values at first. If we want to solve the ecological crisis and survival crisis that the mankind face, we must change the mankind's perception to the natural relation, change people's ideal concept, change traditional thought mode such as"the-two-object-antagonist " of people and nature, people controlling nature etc, improve people's ecological consciousness. This needs to carry on the ecological environmental education, especially the universaleducation of ecological ethics extensively in the whole society. While thefundamental objective of this education should be to train ecological citizen for future society at first, because in the whole life people influence the ecological environment by the way of living, producing, participating in social activities etc. And it's a fundamental role to implement ecological ethics education in middle school students. It must let students understand that the original relationship between people and nature-"the two object antagonist" must be altered to the harmonious relationship between people and nature.
