The creation of inquiry-learning scene is propitious to stimulate students' learning interest, promote students' comprehension and application for knowledge, and develop students' inquiry ability, which is very important to practice inquiry-learning. Inquiry-learning scene has three characters: authenticity, pertinence and emotion. This paper put emphasis on discussing the theoretic foundation, meaning, types, cases of inquiry-learning scene, and the problems that should be cared by teachers during the process of chemistry instruction in middle school. Modern education ideas and constructionism learning theory provide the theoretic foundation for it. According to the different appearance method of learning scene, it mainly includes questions, chemical historical facts, stories, photos, videos, news reports, magic, visitation, investigation, and so on. According to the different directions of implementing chemical teaching goals, learning scene is divided into three aspects, "knowledge and skill", "process and method", and "emotion, attitude and value". Besides, according to students' activities, it includes independent inquiry, cooperative inquiry, and so on. These inquiry-learning scenes are permeable mutually and related, instead of adverse and isolated each other. The same learning scene may realize several different curriculum goals in the same time. Similarly, the same curriculum goals also may be carried out in different learning scenes. Teachers should possess the following conditions to perform the teaching of inquiry-learning scenes: breaking through "egotism" bravely, mastering abundant knowledge and creative ability, flexible education ideas and arts, grasping all kinds of modern mediums and collect the materials about inquiry-learning scenes widely.
