Normal Sports Training Professional Calisthenics Curriculum System

This article analyzes the present demand to the aerobics specialized personnel of society. A course system is built up based on the training objectives of higher normal aerobatics specialty. This course system has the following main characteristics: First , it gives play to the teaching and researching advantages of the normal colleges and schools, improves the teaching of aerobatics and the students'scientific research ability emphatically, thus embodies the characteristics of higher normal colleges in the course system; Second, the goal of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is achieved through expanding the course configuration, meeting the individual differences, bringing about the development of individual character, and maximizing the student'potential. Third, the course system set up a practical course for students which improves student'ability to solve the practical problems with the knowledge they learn as well as students understanding of the rudimentary knowledge.The current study aims at promoting the reform of the teaching and constructing a unified course system of aerobics education in higher normal colleges in China.
