With the emergency of knowledge economy and the prompt development of technology and science, human beings is entering the new times of enterprise. So it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out enterprise education and train high quality person who possesses enterprise spirits and abilities.This article firstly testifies from the aspects of the new target, the new content and new demand of moral training that enterprise education is the important content of moral training innovation in theory.
