Fairness is the ultimate goal pursued by humans, while educational fairness is the basis of one's living and developing. It's an important factor that affects the level of political civilization of a country and brings our government amount of financial incoming, also is the basis of social fairness. It is necessary to analyse the present situation and the reasons of educational unfairness and propose some suggestions to resolve it. It is provided with theoretical significance and practical significance to advance the innovation on education system and promote healthy development of education in an all-round way. The thesis is divided into three parts:The first section: It is on the meaning of fairness, educational fairness and the significance of realizing educational fairness.The second section: With more than 50 years efforts, remarkable achievements are made in some realms, such as nine-year compulsory education, senior school stage and higher education, adult and anti-illiteracy education, women's and rural education. However educational unfairness still exists in starting-school opportunity, educational condition and educational result. It's mainly because our country is at the social primary stage with undeveloped productive forces. Many factors function such as dual-structure, deficiency of educational expenditure, unreasonable allocation of educational resource and the imperfect policies.The third section: To advance the process of educational fairness, dual-structure should be broken and productive forces should be accelerated, impoverished area should be remedied and various schools should be built, relative policies, laws and rules also should be perfected. The problem of educational fairness is not only the economic problem but also the social problem. Only with the persistent efforts, can the process of educational be accelerated.
