Leadership education is a kind of new education theory, which was put forward by universities of The U.S.A. In recent decades, and now it has became very popular. Woman leadership is one of the hot topics. It cultivates the leading type talent who has the characters of leading consciousness and leading ability as the goal. In this thesis, writer takes 15 women's colleges for example, discusses the implementation of leadership education in these colleges. Strengthening university students' leadership education, especially for female university students, cultivating the leading type talent are the new demand for education in the era of knowledge-driven economy. In our country, there is realistic and far-reaching meaning even more.There are four parts in this thesis:Part one explains the method, the aim and the values of this thesis.Part two explains the factors which influence the formulation of the "leadership education" in U.S. Women's Colleges through factor analysis.Part three briefly introduces "Public Leadership Education Network" and 15 women's colleges, especially describes "leadership education" in these women's colleges, which includes its main aim, content, implement approaches. Through these analysis points out the problems and trend of woman leadership education in U.S.A.Part four draws conclusions and analyzes revelation to us. The last part puts the questions that should be studied in the future.
