In recent years, integrating the information technology (IT) into mathematics is a hot issue in education. Many schools and teachers have made great efforts in this project, and achieve a lot. But there are still many problems such as invalid integration and misuse of IT, which prevents the integration from deepening. Consequently, the deliberation of the integrating practice is necessary.Firstly, in order to bring the integration into real effect, it is necessary to nail down the concept of integrating IT into mathematic course. In this paper, the concept is defined by three aspects: the diverse understanding of integrating IT into other subjects, the history of integrating IT into mathematics, and the theoretical basis of the integration. In chapter Two, the paper gives a panorama of the domestic and international development of the integration between IT and mathematic course. As we get rich experience through the analysis, we also find many problems, one of which is a blindfold integration in teaching practice. That means teachers do not know what the information technology can do for mathematics and how it should be carried out. Thus, guide and reference for teachers in integration is of great significance. In chapter Three, the paper provides three functions which the information technology can do in mathematics teaching, and four principles which should be held in an integration implement. Then combining with the Z+Z intelligence software, the paper discussed what and how the information technology can be used in a specific way in the concept teaching and principle teaching. Finally, some problems should be noticed in the practice are put forward for teachers to integrate more successfully. In chapter Four, We give two teaching cases that can be consulted by teachers in their practice.
