The 21st century's society is the informationization society. Taking the digitization as the core, the rapid development of multimedia technologies, the networking and information superhighway gave profound influence particularly on the whole social life in all fields. The digitized survival idea has been accepted by the entire society. Informationization society's talented person, not only needs to grasp predecessor's experience and the knowledge, moreover must have one kind of independent learning concept and method which are adapt to the information society and be ability of gaining information initiatively, evaluating information, processing information, applying information and even creatively developing information.If we want to bring up persons who can adapt to the society, we must pay attention to training students'information literacy. Therefore, raising the student information literacy becomes the important topic of education. The Ministry of Education "Ordinary High school Information technology Curriculum Standard" pointed out that the high school information technology curriculum take promoting student's information literacy as the primary purpose. As an information technology curriculum teacher, we are obliged to study, research and understand information accomplishment's meaning deeply, arm our brains with many kinds of theories of learning, discuss the advantageous teaching method of raising the students'information accomplishment in practice.The main purpose of this study is to explore how to train the students' information literacy in the information technology of high school. First of all, we can investigate our school student's information literacy by using the questionnaire. Basing on the survey data statistics, we can summarize the present situation of information literacy of high school students and analyze the factors of influencing student's information literacy. Then, according to the results of analysis, we make an optimization design of high school classroom in information technology, mainly including the following aspects: First, learning atmosphere design , including designing and building good learning environment, stimulating students' interest in learning; Second, the teaching method, taking mission driven methods, cooperative learning groups teaching method of sample, the study based on the problem for example; Third, moral training design, including the cultivation of students' correct outlook on life, cultivating the students' good habits, cultivating students' awareness of safety, the training of the students' co-operative spirit; Four, the evaluation system design, including the principles, contents, the evaluation methods and the problems needing attention in evaluation process. Finally, the teaching practice, making a empirical analysis about the effect of information literacy cultivation. To the experimental class, constructs the new classroom instruction pattern according to teaching design's in several aspects, pays great attention to the establishment of learning atmosphere, under the instructions of teaching method in "mission driven", "he question solution" and so on ,causes the student to learn to solve the problem, acquire the knowledge and ability in the cooperation and communication, pays great attention to evaluation and the information ethics in the teaching process The comparison class uses the traditional classroom instruction pattern to carry on the teaching. The result indicated that these measures stimulated student's study interest effectively, had displayed student's subjective initiative, had promoted student's information morals, had raised student's information consciousness, the information knowledge, the information acquisition and processing ability. The students' information technology had an obvious enhancement.Information technology is a position of information literacy cultivation, affect students' information literacy in other ways Just like the teachers' information literacy and the integration of information technology and curriculum this study did not involved. Moreover, modern education conception advocated the students' individual development. Then, for the teacher ,how to set up multi-level teaching, how to set up Multi-level goals and various ways of learning and let the students can choose suitable content according to their actual needs will be further concerned.
