To educate the teenagers in ideology, politics and moral character is always the main part of seminary education, further more, since reform and opening, we have achieved a great progress in school moral education, but at the same time, there has been many problems, for example, some schools in some places have attached more importance to intellectual education while looked down upon moral education, some students have been affected by bad habits in the society, some have even committed crimes. These problems have explained that enhancement and improvement of moral education at school are no longer furnishings, the subject of ideology politics should be widely recognized and laid on the chief position in school education. To our joy, current new round basic education curriculum reform is being done in the national wide, the new concept of curriculum reform is widely being used in basic teaching. In the reality of curriculum reform, as the ideology politics teachers, we pressingly experienced new teaching methodology, new evaluation viewpoint brought convulsion and ablution, wisdom and innovation. In the process of reality of understanding and identifying, accepting and examining of new curriculum reform, at the same time we realized strict test and wholly new challenge brought by new curriculum reform.Therefore, I will show you the universal problems and strategies of new curriculum reform, which may be helpful for your ideology politics teaching, in order that we can boost a new round curriculum reform together.The innovation of the thesis lies in:1. Most researchers begin with the concept of new curriculum reform, explain and sum up chief object and every object of ideology politics, or explain all the aspects of curriculum, such as teacher reform, evaluation reform, etc. and that most of their literature are all from the experts composed by the nation, many articles of the researchers who participate in the curriculum reform are all the viewpoints of the concept of curriculumreform, which are conceptual. The angle of the thesis is different, which discusses the problems from the process of implement of new curriculum reform and studies the countermeasure of the problem, posesses universality comparatively.2 . Different methodology. Most of the study concerning new curriculum apply data method and material collecting method, while the author applies behavior method, in detail, in the behavior study, studies the classes in the new curriculum implement. The process of analysis and study of teachers' behavior is the process of behavior study. The author self-examines from the cases in the new curriculum classes, puts forward questions, uses his own findings, so, it is of authenticity.There are two parts of the thesis:Foreword, putting forward the topic, and presenting the signification of the study and methodology of the topic, at the same time, briefly introducing the study status of the topic. During the four part, it mainly discusses the problems of the new curriculum implement. The first part discusses the problems of teachers in curriculum implement, the second discusses the problems of students, the third discusses the problems of the contents of curriculum, the fourth discusses the evaluation problems of new curriculum. The fifth part discusses the countermeasures of the problems above. Postscript sums up the whole thesis and points out the great gap in new curriculum implement.
