The course reform of basic education requires course to implement the tertiary management of country, locality and school. The development of school's course is extremely urgent. A course of Chinese school is used as an important component of a course of the school; its development is as urgent as implementation.As a matter of fact the development of Chinese school course is to utilize and develop various kinds of resources that can help Chinese education. Generally speaking, there are several kinds of ways to develop: first, to reconfigure and recombine to original Chinese course resources; second, to utilize and excavate potential Chinese course resources of the school fully; third, to develop and utilize Chinese course resources in the area (the community); fourth, to give play to the role of students' subject, excavate Chinese course resources that contained in students; fifth, to utilize modern teaching technology and various kinds of medias and networks to develop Chinese school course.Generally speaking, there are several procedures in the development of Chinese school course: first, introspection; second, plan; third, design; fourth, implementation; fifth, appraisal.There is five ways in developing Chinese school course on the whole: course introducing, course adapting, course choosing, course combining and course innovating.In the main there are three forms of Chinese school course: special topic, activity and comprehensiveness.The content of Chinese school course mainly has two categories: first, the development of Chinese teaching material; second, and the design of Chinese activityThe most critical factor is the school original trains of teachers in the implementation and management of Chinese school course. Besides setting up a set of effectual mechanisms of management, it plays an essential role in formulating the evaluating criterion of the school course. Generally speaking, the appraisal on Chinese school course should include the implementer's appraisal and students' appraisal to this course, and also need pay more attention to the appraisal of the process than the result.At present the development and implementation of Chinese school course in our country were at the starting stage, only a few conditional schools of developed area are trying, most schools of the whole country have not begun yet. The development and implementation of Chinese school is significant.
