The social conflict is a ubiquitous phenomenon in the social changes, and one of the important subjects which the sociology research institute cares about too. Dahrendorf think between social stability and changes , society combine with conflict existing on social all aspect of life, and even different organizations and group . So, to the further research which the society conflicts, besides emphasizing the questions of such macroscopical aspects as the system , structure ,etc, too very necessary to go on from organization , group micro aspect and discussion of focal point.Society make the transition and among the enterprise market-based change of orientation, social conflict embodiment at the micro aspect that enterprises organize the inside conflict in Chinese. Investigation indicate people state-owned enterprise judgement concerned to work impact on its social conflict consciousness most remarkable correctly, so organize inside study social conflict meaning of phenomenon particularly important at the micro aspect this in enterprise. Today of economic globalization, merging becomes a kind of unavoidable trend, happen China of transformation period is no exception in the society. Merged and accelerated and sharpened the development conflicting , make various recessive conflicts show especially out inside enterprises, so is it " merge external force this get involved " in right away have a meaning of the reality at present" what kind social conflict state-owned enterprise under will take place to study.This text merges the form of expression of the social conflict inside enterprises to start with from investigating, and then analyse the reason why the conflict produces , and the influence produced , on the basis of investigating and proving finally, have proposed solving some suggestions of the conflict from meaning of combining of the society.
