Si Xia View Of Teacher Research

On Jan 12th ,2004,Sixia passed away in Gulou Hospital ,leaving her loved students and platform forever. As a primary school teacher for more than 70 years, Sixia explained to us how to be a teacher with her educational activities. To sum up her educational thoughts is our unavoidable responsibility.The thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part, the thesis teases the process of Sixia's concept of teacher. The process is composed of brewing, forming and developing. In the second part, the thesis probes into connotation of Sixia's concept of teacher. It includes the cognition of teacher function and mission, the cognition of teacher position, and the requirement of teachers' knowledge and abilities. In the third part, the thesis analyzes the particularity of Sixia's concept of teacher and the reasons to the particularity. The particularity lies in the right cognition of teacher position, specialization on the individual development, comprehensive understanding on teachers' love, emphasizing the creative ability, and so on. The last part deals with the inspiring of Sixia's concept of teacher, especially to the quality education and teacher education.
