When we step into the 21stcentury, the competition among countries is getting more than intense by day . this is actually the competition in education of this countries. the intention is to bring up international talents with creative thought . there are two ways of training such talents in our country .One is to use the natural language surrounding , and sends the talents abroad. the other is to depend the domestic fundamental education .Since the population in our country is about 1.3 billion, we cannot entirely depend on transporting talents abroad. So we have to expend and reform the education , and to develop a way that is suitable for the situation of our educational system, bringing up talented people with high quality quickly. As a special teaching pattern, the bilingual education has more than 10 years history in China .However, there is still a gap in bilingual education we manage today compared with some developed Countries . A lot of difficulties still remain. Such difficulties affect the progress of bilingual education deeply. How to carry on the bilingual education efficiently to realize the world oriented education ,we still need to explore and solve a lot of problems. Some bilingual educators contributed much before in this area. Based on the extension reference reading and one year ofpractice , this paper points out the difficulties of the bilingual education in high school , and proposes a correspond strategy. The purpose of this paper is to seek a way for the bilingual education that is suitable for the situation of our country.
