With the social development, the nature of career had changed, conventional "steady" jobs were becoming less and less, job-hopping is an old story to us. From 2000 to 2005, the number of college students were building up nicely, 1.07 millions, 1.15 millions, 1.45 millions, 2.12 millions, 2.80 millions, 3.38 millions. Many college students were facing a danger of graduation without a job. Under the circumstances, it was very important to plan career efficiently for college students and educators. However, foreign researcher produced most of the career planning models. The main internal studies were introductions of foreign research or theory research and we don't find many positive researches. For solving college students' career problems, carrying through career counseling and career education, we workout career planning questionnaire and investigated the relationship between career planning and other factors. To ensure the representation of sampling, we select four kinds of college: normal college, medicinal college, industrial college and agricultural college. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, we found that career-planning questionnaire consisted of six dimensions: career exploring, self-cognition, goal and plan, self-advancing, human relationship, feedback and they are paratactic. The factor of grade had a significant effect on goal and plan. The factor of college had a significant effect on goal and plan, self-cognition, human relationship. The factor of gender had a significant effect on self-cognition, human relationship. According to career planning, college students could be classified into two types: high level and low level.
