Laiyang City, Primary And Secondary Teaching And Research Status Of The Case Studies

The new subject systems better in course , function , structure ,content ,measure and management than it was before , which has cawred the teachers serious challenge and brought about new requirement to the teaching and study work .With the new subject change ,the scientific research takes on new function meaning .In the situation , the development of the teaching research leads to a problem which is concerned by us . In 2003 , experiencing areas in our province began using the new teaching textbooks and the teaching practice took on all kinds of new problem .The new has told us that the experience used before had no effect and couldn't solve the new problem .So the scientific research has become very important.The paper being written now will explain factors which exist in Laiyang .and give out something new in order to improve the teaching work in middle and primary schools now.The teaching research of the new subject has given some emphasis to the teachers' ideas and abilities .But on the other hand , more participating hasn't got good effect .The different between cities and counties is clear .The teachers' attitude is not good enough .They often do something old and something not valuable .Their knowledge is not strong enough .So I think what we should do is carry on the teaching research , and then try to make the teachers work harder by themselves .Let them create something more according to the requirement of the teaching aim .At the same time , what teaching research should be carried on is also important.As teachers who are practicing , they should have the good attitude and ability connected with the teaching research and we should improve practical knowledge . How to found a new system which can make our education better is the most important in the teaching research , the new module that we study together and study separately in school buses should be formed .
