Since the Third plenary session of the 11th Party Central Committee, our country has adhered to the fundamental state policy of the internal reform opening to the outside world from start to finish.  Today, the internal reform is being deepened constantly, will involve the reform of the educational field indubitably. Educational reform in recent years, no matter at content or formal, no matter some scale or dynamics, has been launched before from the depth or on the scope. Teaching idea, the content of courses, teaching method of the teaching, students' study ideas, studying contents, learning methods have all changed enormously, it made the staggering success in a lot of fields, make the educational undertaking of our country get enormous development. But it is undeniable that our reform road can't be smooth, we will also present all kinds of twists and difficulty in the course of reforming.
