The sense of responsibility is a very important part of one's morality, is indispensable for the socialization of juvenile. To study it has a lot of meaning both for theory and practice. The article systematically conducts the research about the reality and specialty of high school students' sense of responsibility, and come up with some solutions about how to carry out the education of sense of responsibility.Based on reading a lot of relevant materials, the methods which have been used before and the result I get from questionnaire, I give the definition and the structure of sense of responsibility in high-school students, I also make up a questionnaire myself, analyze the statistics about 769 students in four middle schools and come up with every question which are good at differentiation.Self Sense of Responsibility is made up of three factors, named as: "cognition of Self Sense of Responsibility ","feeling of Self Sense of Responsibility ","act of Self Sense of Responsibility "Family Sense of Responsibility is made up of two factors, named as "psychological factor of Family Sense of Responsibility", "act of Family Sense of Responsibility";"Group sense of responsibility is made up of three factors, named as: "cognition of Group sense of Responsibility" "feeling of Sense of Responsibility" "act of Sense of Responsibility";Social Sense of Responsibility is made up of three factors which are "Felling of Social Responsibility ","act of Social Responsibility ","cognition of Social Responsibility";is made up by "cognition of Environmental Sense of Responsibility", "feeling of Environmental Sense of Responsibility", "act of Environmental Sense of Responsibility". The questionnaire has good credit and validity, and according to this the formal about high-school students' of Sense of Responsibility in Shandong province is completed.In study II, I conduct the research in Tsingdao, Jinan, Tai;an, Jining, Rizhao, both in Key-school and non-Key -school, with this formal questionnaire. After analyzing outcome of the formal questionnaire, certificated factor analysis shows that the factor model's goodness of fit is comparatively better in five questionnaires. Study III analyzing the result of formal questionnaire from the perspective of demography, and get something from it:1. The standard of girl student's Self Sense of Responsibility, Family Sense of Responsibility, Social Sense of Responsibility, Environmental sense of Responsibility than boy students.2. The standard of the second-year-students are lower than the first-year student in Self Sense of Responsibility.3. The standard of the students in town are lower than the standard of the students in country in Family Sense of Responsibility and Environmental sense of Responsibility.4. The standard of students who hold posts are higher than the common one in group sense of Responsibility.5. One-born children's Self Sense of Responsibility, Family Sense of Responsibility, group sense of Responsibility, Social Sense of Responsibility, and Environmental sense of Responsibility is lower than non-born-children.6. The high-school students who stay in school has higher level in Self Sense of Responsibility, Family Sense of Responsibility, group sense of Responsibility, Social Sense of Responsibility, Environmental sense of Responsibility than the students who don't stay in school.At last, according to the conditions, I give the solutions on how to carry out Responsibility Education.
