The current Chinese education unilaterally emphasizes the main channel of classroom education. Their studies don't conform to the students' lives. Composition teaching starts with the writing knowledge, introducing a series of writing skills with the hope that students can completely grasp them. The most difficult problem in composition teaching is that some students ignore their feeling of life but write about the unfamiliar matters. All the time students are obsessed by "what to write" and "how to write";the composition teaching involves no plan and deviates from students' practice. To change this situation we must shift our perspective toward people-oriented one and require the students should write for him, for life, and for society."Education is life" by Dewey values the needs of practical life. School education makes it possible that everyone has the chance to experience the life, i.e., an individual can acquire knowledge and skills by participating the public activities. "Life is education" (TaoXingzhi) means education serves the purpose of reconstructing the society, education is closely related to life, life determines education, only when combined with life does education become real, education can never break away from life. The core of "Extensive Chinese Education" (ZhangXiaochun) is the model of "A body, two wings". He believes that Chinese education explodes and extends into various fields of students' life based on the classroom, and is related to their school life, family life, and society life from all directions.The above researches are the theoretical foundation and practical basis of this thesis. However, they didn't discuss the relationship of Chinese and life, composition and life. This thesis tries to make a research into this aspect.It is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is to ask questions and capture the meaning of research papers, the second chapter on the paper theoretical basis andpractical basis, rationale, including foreign life education theory and the theory of domestic life education, chap mainly from the social theory to explain the meaning of life, social life and language teaching relations, social life and essay teaching relationship, chap explored to strengthen social life associated with the high school essay teaching strategies and methods.Then how do we deal with the problem that composition teaching in senior school deviates from society life? I think we must combine the training with real life in terms of training form and content according to the characteristics of senior students and intensify the link with society life in proposition, evaluation and materials. The proposition should emphasize practicability, modernization and the connection with interdisciplines. Evaluation should connect practice concerning the students' practical life. The reservation of materials is the main part of composition teaching. The materials should be accumulated in everyday life, and be expanded through direct experience and indirect experience. Direct experience is to feel life and experience life directly while indirect experience is to expend knowledge and collect writing materials through reading;at the same time, determine the material through the modification of the composition. Besides, current ?society is an internet world, so searching materials through internet to learn information is also a main objective of this thesis.Only in this way, can students make more and more improvement in composition with deep thought and skillful expressions.
