Teachers' professional development research view turn from the "other domain" to "individual domain"."Individual domain" is standing on the teacher's point of view,starting from the teachers themselves,paying close attention to the teachers' self-development.Teachers' practical knowledge is attracting more and more attention.The study of practical knowledge in our country from the 1990 s has a history of more than 20 years.And the study of its basic theory and formation path are almost fulfillment.Some researchers have started from micro perspective,exploring in a certain stage of the characteristics of the teacher's practical knowledge.Based on the data analysis,teachers' practical knowledge had been divided into different period: 0 to 2 years,3 to 6 years,7-13,14-19 years,and 20 to 30 years,according to the characteristics of the teacher's practical knowledge.I will build the help of the mechanism from the country,the school and teacher itself three aspects with.This article from the following five parts:Introduction: the reasons of research,research questions,research's significance,literature review and research methods.The first part: the theoretical argument about "the period of teacher practical knowledge” the possibility and necessity.It is necessary for teachers' practical knowledge to “take off the hat" that teacher professional development stage had to divided its own stage.And the characteristics of teacher practical knowledge and teacher's environment provided the possibility.The second part: introduces the research design and research process.At first I designed the preliminary questionnaire and interview outline,and then participated in three research process.The third part: present the research results.Including the degree of understanding about the primary and secondary school teachers' practical knowledge,the stage of teacher practical knowledge and the production means of teacher practical knowledge.The fourth part: according to the phases of teachers' practical knowledge generated,set up the mechanism of the help of teacher's professional development,from the state,schools and teachers themselves in three aspects.
