Secondary School Teachers On The Current Research Status Quo

Currently, there is a growing tendency for examination-oriented education system though the govenment is still advocating examination-oriented education system. This article finds a way to liberate the grade teacher, make them obtain the happiness from their profession by doing a research of their scientific research conditions. The main research methods are questionnaire survey and case study. The questionnaire survey is set in beijing. It uses 240 questionnaires and SPSS to analyze the research conditionsand open questions of the grade teachers. The case study is to find out wtat is the factor of their achievements in scientific research.The aothor believes that their achievements in scientific research based on support in time and intelligence. The motive of it are material gains and interests. The main scientific research form are research on the sopt and subject study. They also have question of consciousness.Two successful cases tell us that grade teachers must have a mass of advancing information and enquirying mind to get achievements in scientific research and support of your family as well.The open questions in scientific research are management level, teacher's inner quality and operation level.The countermeasures follow are the article points out. First, improvements of the management level are required. Next, quality of the grade teacher must be increased. Last, ensured and reward system are needed.
