Along with the development of network technology and the transition of the economic system of our country, social value diversification has become an undeniable fact. Traditional value system and moral education are confronted with unprecedented challenge, the ideological trend of moral relativism comes to appear and develop .Also, basic moral value is challenged. Moral education becomes increasingly difficult and is characterized by poor efficiency, invalidation, even negative efficiency. How can moral education cope with the profound and loaded changes, how can moral education be effectively carried on in middle school and how can moral education instruct students to lead a moral life. Such problems puzzle our teachers and make us inquire what has happened in our moral education. The thesis attempts to analyse the causes of value diversification from perspective of moral education reform by investigating, documenting , comparing and then points out what kind of challenge moral education is confronted with, offering some strategies to deal with these problems. The thesis includes three parts.The first part : The causes of value diversification . Three causes are mainly stated in the part : the transition of society , network , economy globalization.The second part: The troubles of moral education of value diversification. Three aspects are mainly illustrated in the part: value orientation, value concept's diversification , moral education's challenge.The third part: The strategies in moral education. Three strategies are presented in the part : cultivation of students subjective personality , improvement of students moral selection ability, transference of moral education method from confrontation to dialogue.
