"Reciting"is the most basic and most common study way at present, which is easily neglected actually. For a very long time in the past, "Reciting" was neglected wholly in the classroom under the pressure of old educational system .Teacher rather turned reciting to silently reading, and gave the euphemistic name: improve the efficiency! It seemed that the students were already used to the silent teaching method, and they thought keeping silent had no effect on score. But this long-term silent teaching has deprived the students of their enthusiasm to read aloud. Student's oral expression ability started to degenerate, followed by the slowing thought and the loss of confidence and so on. What caused the phenomenon? Perhaps most people didn't think about this problem totally. But at the beginning of the 21st century it arouses the new reforms of Chinese course in order to train student's spoken language expression ability ,and consider reciting as the goal of the new curriculum standard, when people start to think about the question: What is the ultimate goal of Chinese teaching? How to achieve this goal?
