The proposed Wenzhou local culture as a study will be incorporated into the curriculum perspective, in the investigation of Wenzhou region on the basis of the status of native culture, its own values and culture through the study and analysis of the value of courses, curriculum development to local culture, and through the implementation of the concept and design courses, trying to create a more rational model of local culture courses.This article is divided into three chapters : chapter on Wenzhou local culture and the need for local curriculum development feasibility. II, in determining the nature of curriculum, philosophy and goals on the basis of local culture curriculum content development, selection and preparation of materials submitted ideas. III, the implementation of the proposed curriculum requirements and strategy, and cultural topics specific teaching each design, the final evaluation of the present course.
