In order to achieve the goal and requirement of training all-round development people,the new curriculum reform proposes an educational framework in which three kinds of curriculum coexist: national curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum.On the premise that the national curriculum is consistent,the realization of the goal of new curriculum reform depends to a certain extent on the development and utilization of local curriculum resources.Nowadays,regional culture has attracted worldwide attention.However,the characteristic folk customs and historical culture in some areas of our country have not been paid enough attention,resulting in the local culture and folk customs cannot be better inherited,and many cultural heritages are even on the verge of extinction.Chinese education should be combined with its own discipline characteristics and assume certain responsibilities,so that students can have a thorough understanding of local culture,establish regional and even national self-confidence and pride,and pass on excellent cultural resources.Both the 2011 edition and the newly revised 2018 edition of "Chinese Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education" propose to comprehensively improve students' Chinese literacy and strive to build an open and dynamic Chinese curriculum.It also points out that Chinese curriculum resources include both classroom teaching resources and extracurricular learning resources.There are many kinds of Chinese curriculum resources in different places.Natural scenery,cultural heritage,customs and people's feelings can all become the resources of Chinese curriculum.Schools and teachers should actively develop and utilize local potential curriculum resources.They should also create an environment for students to practice Chinese,creatively carry out various forms of Chinese learning activities,and improve students' Chinese literacy through various ways.Therefore,this paper studies the resources in Fengning area.On the basis of combing the data of Fengning area,this paper explores its value as a Chinese curriculum and tries to develop and apply resources.Before the curriculum is developed,the curriculum value of resources in Fengning region is studied under the guidance of the new curriculum reform concept and relevant educational theories.At the same time,referring to more successful development cases,combining the characteristics of Fengning local resources and its own teaching practice,try different lesson types to further demonstrate the feasibility of Fengning local resources development.The main body of this thesis is composed of four parts: the first part is an introduction,which outlines the background and significance of the topic of this thesis,as well as the research focus and difficulties of this thesis.The second part discusses the related theoretical research,selection mechanism and development principles of curriculum resource development,defines related concepts such as curriculum resources,Chinese curriculum resources,and Chinese curriculum resource development,and determines the selection mechanism and development principles in the development process.The third part explains the development steps of Chinese course resources,and classifies and integrates Chinese course resources in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County.The fourth part explains the ideas and basic structure of the Chinese curriculum development using the local culture of Fengning,and combined with the course goal setting and development principles,selected Baiyun ancient cave resources,Manchu characteristics folk cultural resources,and "cultural celebrity-Guo The "Ogawa" represented three aspects of cultural and artistic resources,and selected different types of cases for practice and analysis according to the actual situation.The conclusion of the article summarizes this research and introduces the research work that will be carried out in the next step of this paper.In short,from the perspective of curriculum resources,this paper tries to explore the unique local curriculum resources in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County,actively explore the principles and ways of curriculum resources development,and combine with teaching practice,in order to try to improve students' comprehensive language ability.At the same time,I also hope to provide some references for the development of local curriculum and school-based curriculum.
