The aim of education is people's comprehensive education, in spite that the reality goes far away. Exploration and research illustrate that junior middle students show deep love and enthusiasm in the mother country, and greatly cherish the Chinese tradition and civilization. They closely focus on the benefits which education brings about to educatees. The students disregard or narrow the individual responsibilities as well as humanistic spirits and surrounding nature.The connotations of humanity, humanity knowledge and humanity education are given. The principles are to permeate scientific spirit with humanistic spirit, to take the human being as root, to aim at different people and to have emotion. At the same time, the particular contents are: the education of dialectical materialism, the education of patriotism, the ecological motel education, the education of the scientific values an aesthetic education.The research explores the humanity education in biology teaching. The teaching is based on emotional instructions with equal teachers-students relationship. The choice and design of the experiment, the relative measures and cases, and the projects and analysis are carefully selected . Comparing the results of experimental and ordinary class, great differences are discovered. So, it is feasible and imperative the humanity education should be carried out in biology education in junior middle schools. And it must be based on the educational theory, that is, to take the human being as root and use free and comprehensive methods.
