History educators used not to do enough research into the fulfillment of teaching objectives in emotional field and history teachers usually pay much attention to the cognition objectives instead of the emotion objectives, which make history teaching objectives gradually almost become a kind of cognitive examination coped with by the students with emotion objectives neglected. The history curricula reformation makes it the core value that we should help the students to construct correct emotion attitude and view of value, and it will make the construction of history emotion teaching objectives more important. History teachers should learn and master relevant theory and knowledge to formulate feasible emotion objectives of history teaching and learning in practice, so that the essential function of history education can be eventually realized. It is the implementation of emotion objectives that is the key to the construction of history teaching objectives in emotional field, and as for implementation emotion objectives should be organically infiltrated into the teaching contents and consciously carried out throughout the teaching procedure. That is to say, only during the period in which the objectives of knowledge and ability, as well as process and method are carried out can the objectives of emotion attitude and view of value be synchronously but slowly realized.
