High School Environmental Education Of School-based Curriculum Construction

With the increasing concern for the environmental problem and the new overall launching of curriculum reform, it is more and more important and pressing to build a school-based curriculum in environment education.Based on the principles of curriculums and school-based curriculums as well as the historical development and current situation of environmental education, this thesis probes into the necessity of school basing the curriculum in environmental education and the factors influencing the process, advises on the basic goals, contents, building strategies of the curriculum together with its relation to other subjects, analyses some common improper practice in building such school-based curriculum.This paper is composed of six chapters. The first chapter embarks the concept, the goal and the historical development of environmental education, and analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the environmental education of regular senior middle school at present by the example of current situation of environmental education in mudu senior Middle School; The second one analyzes the necessity of the combination of environmental education and school-based curriculum on the base of the elementary theory and characteristics of school-based curriculum; The third one probes into the basic target and contents of school-based curriculum in environmental education, integrating the relevant bibliographies; then analyzes the harmonious development of school-based curriculum in environmental education by the example of the demonstration of environmental education in the subject of the geography; The fourth one analyzes some factors' characteristics and relations in the school-based curriculum in environmental education, then expounds the constructive strategy through the center of students'...
