The Professional Ethics Of The Secondary School Students To Develop Research

In recent years, the quality of the secondary school students is becoming worse and worse because of the poor sources ; however, the requirements of the modern enterprises to the employees are becoming higher and higher. Therefore, the secondary schools should not only enhance their students to learn professional knowledge and basic skills, but also regard the professional ethical education as an important duty and carry it out throughout all kinds of links of the school work. Only in this way can it promote the secondary school students to form good professional morality.In this paper, the author takes H Vocational Education Center as an example. On the basis of the evaluation made by the employers and guidance teachers to the trainees' professional ethics and combining the professional ethical problems which are reflected from the trainees' self-evaluation, this paper shows the present state of the secondary school students' professional ethics objectively. Meanwhile, it has investigated and researched on the basic moral quality of the secondary school students and the school professional ethics educational state. So the author finds out the reasons which exist in the secondary professional ethics and based on these, he gives some pieces of advice on improving the secondary school students' professional ethics, such as enhancing the teachers' ethical self-cultivation and setting a good example to the students; making clear the future of the vocational education and reinforcing the emotion of the profession; doing good job in professional ethics lesson and mastering the professional rules and requirements; cultivating good behaviors and habits and improving the level of the basic moral; improving the teaching quality and being confident in studying; consummating the training regulations and consolidating the results of the professional ethical education; organizing social practice and training the ability of serving the society, etc.
