| The role of vocational high education in the economic construction of our country becomes more and more important, especially to yunnan, an agricultural province, the function of agricultural vocational education appears to be much more effective. Nowadays, though the range of agricultural vocational high education in Yunnan has gained some achievement in the vocational high education, the scale of development and the design of major still can't meet the demands of agricultural development of our province. In order to realize the consolidation of vocational education and social demands, the original model of education being separated with enterprises must be completely given up. Recently, there are some formalities have been carried out in Yunnan. However, some problems have been still existed such as efficiency , form, depth, distance, goal and so on.Based on this kind of embarrassing background, I try to make a systematic research about it. The topic is: the present situation and tactics of college - enterprises cooperation in Yunnan agricultural vocational high education. At the beginning of this article, I studied the concerned concept and summarize the successful simulation of college - enterprises cooperation agricultural vocational high education in domestic and oversea countries; and then, I analysis the present situation and the problems about it in terms with several thesis and practice; in the end, I mainly discuss the tactics to solve the problems by borrowing successful experience, the detailed procedures are: setting up Yunnan agricultural vocational high educational operating system included with dynamic system ,controlling system, insurance system, evaluating system; reforming the dated schooling idea; deciding the training goal; reconciling the major and subject under the guideline of market; building up a realistic form of agricultural vocational high education which is suitable to our province. |
