Yunnan Agricultural College Student Career Guidance Problems And Countermeasures

With the development of the educational reform, college students should pay for their study in colleges and universities, which makes the students think about whether they can find a satisfactory job after graduation. That is to say, the students and their parents would consider the reward after they pay, which will certainly affect their choice of colleges and major. As a result, for the vocational colleges, it is a most important problem concerning their existence and development to ensure most of their graduates could find an approving job; for the development of the society, it is a waste of the human resources and the investment for education that the graduates won't be employed well and make progress increasingly in their future work . Whether a graduate could be employed successfully was closely related to his performance in school. The graduates also are commonly aware that their comprehensive ability would be the most factor which should decide whether they could obtain the chance to find a satisfactory job or not. However, the training of the comprehensive ability needs a very long time. So now it is a very urgent work for the department of the employment instruction of colleges and universities how to supervise the students to successfully complete their study so that they can be employed well after graduation. But there exist many problems of the employment instruction in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College. Moreover, these problems have to be paid close attention to and settled urgently. Owing to the above situation, my research topic of this report is The Problems and Countermeasures and Consideration of the Employment Instruction in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College. In this research report, I concentrate on: (1) putting forward the problems; (2)the analysis of the conceptsconcerned--employment, employment instruction, the employment instructionfor the college students; (3)the summary of the development research of the employment instruction both at home and abroad; (4)the analysis both in theory and practice of the employment instruction existing in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College; (5) the using of the successful experiences and inspirations of the employment instruction both in China and abroad for reference; (6) the raising ofthe countenneasures and considerations to the existing problems. In order to solve these problems, we should first emphasize the importance of the employment instruction, make clear the training target to strength the work of the employment instruction, carrying out the employment instruction based on the need and requirement of the students in many ways, strength the construction of the course of the employment instruction and improve the teaching quality of the work in order to do some change and improvement of the concept and the system of the employment instruction in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College.The existing problems and the countermeasures and the consideration of the employment instruction of Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College is a important topic which needs researching for a very long time. Although I only can do a little part of research of it, as a teacher of the college, it is my duty to work on the research of the development of the employment instruction for the higher vocational education. So it will be the center of my research work in the future. As a result, I will mainly do the following research work: (1) The research of the change of the weak situation of the employment instruction in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College; (2) The research of the model of the employment instruction in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College; (3) The research of the practice of the employment instruction in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College, etc., which are related to my previous study. I sincerely hope that the professors of the Educational Science and Management College of the Normal University would help me as before with my future research work, and more importantly, I hope the product of my research will be able to serve for the reform and development of the Yunnan Agricultural Vocational-technic College.
