The Multiflorum Compound Combined With 90 Minutes Swimming Impact On Indicators Of High-fat Diet Rats

In this paper, the author wants to study the effect of compound recipe TFR combined with 90 minutes swimming exercise on connected serum guideline and FAS to diet-induced hypercholesteremia rats. 56 Male SD rats(aged 3 weeks) were selected and divided into 5 groups according to weight: control group, hyperlipidic diet contrast group(Hf), hyperlipidic diet with 90 minutes exercise group(HfEx), hyperlipidic diet with compound recipe TFR group(HfTm), hyperlipidic diet with 90 minutes exercise and compound recipe TFR group(HfExTm).AU groups are fed with hyperlipidic diet except control group to establish obesity rats model.The rats of HfEx and HfExTm groups swam for 90 minutes without weight every day during 7 weeks ,5 days every week .The rats of HfTm and HfExTm groups are fed with compound recipe TFR every day during 7 weeks ,6 days every week as standard 25g/kg.bw every day. Just as 30 multiple as adults intake.As there is 2 g drug in 1 ml compound recipe TFR ,we get the level 12.5ml/kg.bw.Control, Hf, HfEx groups are fed with distillation water as the same level.After 8 weeks of treatment,the rats were killed 24 hours after the last exercise. After weighing,we can take out the blood serum of the rats and determine the amount of TC,TG, HDL-C and FFA.Just after taking out blood,we begin anatomizing ,weighing heart,liver, spleen,kidney, left epididymal fat pad and left kidney fat pad .AT the same time shipping liver to fracture.Then take upper pure liquid to determine the activity of FAS.Use SPSS 11.5 statistics software to carry on the statistical analysis. After comparing,the author finds Lee's index of the rats in Hf group increases significantly (P＜0.01)compared with the rats of conrtol group.Next results are all compared with Hf group.The body weitht of the rats in HfTm group descends significantly (P＜0.01) .The left epididymal fat pad of the rats in HfExTm group descends significantly (P＜0.01).The left kidney fat pad of the rats in HfExTm group descends remarkably (P＜0.05). The skinfold thickness of rots in HfEx,HfTm,HfExTm groups descends significantly (P＜0.01).HfTm group have an obvious descending effect on TC (P＜0.01). HfTm have an descending effect on TG(P＜0.05). HfExTm have an obvious descending effect on FFA (P＜0.01). HfTm, HfExTm have an obvious restrainting effect on FAS (P＜0.01).From the results ,we can get the following conclusion.It is successful to establish obesity rats model just using hyperlipidic diet. Compound recipe TFR can descend the weight of rats which is fed with hypeflipidic diet.It can prevent the rats from weighing .Compound recipe TFR has coordination effect with 90 minutes swimming exercising on descending the weight of left epididymal fat pad and left kidney fat pad. Compound recipe TFR can descend the skinfold thickness of rats. So it can descend fat. Compound recipe TFR can descend the level of serum TC,TG.. Compound recipe TFR has the tendency to increase the level of serum HDL-C.It can protect cardiovascular.Compound recipe TFR has coordination effect with 90 minutes swimming exercise on descending the tendency of the level of serum FFA.Compound recipe TFR can descend significantly the level of FAS activity of hyperlipidic rats.
