We are in an era of comprehensive social transformation and change that has profoundly changed our survival and life.Among them, the impact of cultural changes on school education is naturally the most worthy of our attention. As we all know, the teacher-student relationship is the most important and basic relationship in education, and the teacher-student difference implies the possibility of teacher-student conflict. With the intensification of social transformation, cultural changes have led to the highlight of the cultural differences between teachers and students, making the cultural conflict between teachers and students inevitable. At the same time, the conflicts between teachers and students reflect and strengthen cultural changes. Therefore, cultural change is an important perspective for us to recognize and understand the conflict between teachers and students.Cultural change affects the conflict between teachers and students, which cannot be replaced by any other perspective. The results of empirical research on the current situation of teacher-student relations show that in the era of rapid changes, the cultural differences and opposition between students and teachers are increasingly obvious: on the one hand,in the era of rapid changes, students have outstanding self-awareness in terms of lifestyle and cultural value orientation, cognitive learning and teacher-student relationship, and the authority of teachers is being weakened;on the other hand, teachers seem to be puzzled and unacceptable to changes from students, and tend to be more conservative.Relevant analysis shows that the current conflict between middle school teachers and students is essentially a cultural conflict, and the traditional model of teacher-student relationship based on teacher authority is shaking. The root of the conflict between middle school teachers and students can be attributed to the fact that under the background of cultural changes, the status of middle school teachers and students has been changing, and once this objective trend meets the obstacles of people's reality and ideas, the cultural conflict between teachers and students becomes a serious reality. The conflicts between teachers and students in middle schools in the new period are mainly manifested in three forms: cultural psychology, cultural value and cultural role.We should dialectically analyze the conflict between teachers and students in middle schools. We must see both the negative and the positive aspects of the conflict, but whether it is negative or positive depends on how we treat and deal with the conflict correctly.Cultural conflicts severely restrict the harmony of the teacher-student relationship in the middle school. Therefore, the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship in the middle school is necessary to start from a cultural perspective to consider countermeasures: first, teachers should recognize the student's cultural subject status, including respecting the student's cultural personality and understanding the students' cultural needs, and encourage students' cultural creation;secondly, teachers should carry out self-transformation of cultural roles, including adjusting cultural postures, strengthening cultural responsibilities, and adapting to changes in the times;finally, teachers and students jointly build a new cultural relationship between teachers and students, including the development of equal dialogue, deepen teacher-student cultural understanding, and pursue the mutual progress in culture of teachers and students..
