Emotional Psychology was proposed and studied by many Ideologists and educationalists from eastern and western countries in the early years ,and they have put forward some great ideas in this area. As a psychological idea, Emotional Psychology has a long history. However, in the past educational practice process, the function of emotional factors was not paid much attention and was not played an important role. Today, with the development of science and technology, the society is highly developed too. The old educational ideas and methods need to be reformed in order to cultivate useful people of the new era more effectively. The use of emotions in the education and in the center of students have become the main stream of modern education.The theme of the thesis is " How to apply emotional psychology to the improvement of cultural identification of international students in class management". The objects in the study are special who are international. At present, there are only few studies about international students' cultural identification. We are facing a big challenge that is how to make education more international and how to improve the sense of cultural identification of international students and let them study happily in China. The study about this area is very significant. The thesis makes a full analysis about emotional psychology around the theme "cultural identification" and applies emotion to improving the cultural identification of international students. In the guide of Action Research Methodology and in the basis of the author's many years' experience of class management in international school,four emotional strategies about how to improve the cultural identification have been proposed. And in the process of action research, the strategies have been revised according to the education effects in order to be made full use. The thesis proves that the emotional strategies play a useful and important role in this aspect.In a word, The full realization of emotions in education is more instructive and more cognitive and is prerequisite for the development of the era.
