Institutional Economics Perspective Of The Education System Of Innovation

At the begging of the reformation and opening , the strategy status of the education in the economic and social development has been founded. Though education received important attention since more twenty years,education field hasn't got great breakthrough .This has many reasons ,But problems not to resolve for long time link with system. At the same time of pursuiting education modernization ,we must pay attention to innovation and development of education system , and look it as a basic task to found scientic and modernization education system.System economics is a economic branches, and its research target is system. It research how system impact to economic development , and how economic development impact to system evolution . Since thirty years, System economics has got boom development.My papers reference to relative conceptions and ways, then give the definition and meaning of education system. According to trails selection and implementation ways of system evolution in the systemeconomics ,this papers try to explain model of education system innovation——"the combination ofLured model and Forced model" . Finally, adopting to the important conceptions in the System economics——"transaction costs", "system cost", State "Pareto best state",this papers also try to evaluate the effectof education system innovation.Way innovations on the System economics provide a new perspective for people to research social problems, in some degree to increase reality feeling and explanation force.
